Trying to get in touch with repair service, let's me on hold for 35 minutes and left them voice mail. For two days. Still didn't get back with me. For now on i will not buy bushnell scope again. I have about 8 bushnell scopes on my rifles. I will deal with Nikon for now on.

Same thing happened to me! Waited 2days for a call back after leaving my number in their auto call back system and it never happened!What's up with this Company? There's no way to speak to anyone there Don'buy Bushnell!

Respectfully why does Bushnell sell an inferior Wireless cam that has failed everyone's expectations. All customer tech reps admit-tingly say the same thing, it is, what it is, the poor quality of wireless trail camera picture can not be improved. But they continue to sell the camera I am very disappointed with both of my cameras. They all seem to blame it on the camera venders why doesnt Bushnell correct these issues? I truly thought you were a reputable company that stood behind your products Sincerely Robin Smith

Sending my pro X2 rangefinder back because it was not accurate. Tried numerous time to talk to someone on the phone but have not yet after 4-5 phone calls and no answer or they hang up on me. They sent unit back and said they would not repair it but no one called me or has made an attempt to contact me about the warranty issue. They did however offer to sale me a new one at a discounted price. Why would I want another Bushnell?

I have the same issue! Called, on hold over 45 minutes, hung up and called again.

Same lady who says nothing she can do, we only have one department. I asked can I just email and have someone call me back instead of doing another 45 minutes (at least) on hold?

Was told no, and there's no supervisor to talk too. Worst customer service ever..

I have multiple Bushnell products: trail cams, binocs, range finders. Pretty good stuff. Their product support/tech team response is the pits! If they are so cheap as to have so few tech staffers, why not at least extend the courtesy of a call back option. I sat on hold over 50 minutes for a simple question about resetting time/date on cams. Turned out to be a software fix. Pathetic support. Tech guy says he hears it all day, every day. Of course he does. CHEAP! Invest in your support staff Bushnell. Over & out & never again. My Browning and other cams are just as good or better.

Know what you mean, said I tampered with my scope. Bought it , used it, had issue with power ring seals but my fault.

THEY SUCK! I have never had an issue with other companies.

They would at least work with you if you had questions. It is easy to say you tampered with the product to get out of the warranty!

Poor Customer Service | Bushnell review

Customer service guy didn't (or couldn't) pay attention to details and was very rude. I am visiting Japan and my golf range finder broke, so I called Bushnell and customer service kept tell me Bushnell can't fix my product, because he insisted that I am not living in the States. Okay, that is technically true on the fact that I'm in Japan right now. Now, I can easily go back home to Cleveland in 3 months and would that have fixed the problem? No, because he insisted that the company still can't fix my product, because... I am not living in the States when I go back to Cleveland? WTF? Luckily I didn't give him my full name and my product name or any information, so I guess he can't stop me from sending the broken product from my home when I go back home (warranty wouldn't expire) Anyway poor customer service, wouldn't recommend anything with Bushnell. Hopefully I can sell this thing on eBay and have someone else deal with Bushnell's poor service. Too bad it was decent product (other than it broke after 6 months)
